Please make sure your stomach is empty, which means no liquids 30 minutes before the class, and no food 2 hours before.
The recordings will be posted on the learn page by the afternoon of each day. The LEARN page can be found here.
You'll need to create your own member log-in to view them, which you can do here.
If you have any questions, please let me know. These practices will be suitable for beginners, and some, but not all, for pregnant women. We will indicate which practices should be avoided.
The idea of the course is to give you an overview of this vast science and help you build a regular practice of pranayama.
