Hello Folks,
I hope all is well!
Our Yoga Class Replay page is ready a week ahead of schedule, thanks to Roberto, our awesome web master. Check it out here: LEARN. (Yoga Sutra class replays are up as well).
All you'll need to do is create a member log-in, and you're good to go. Once you sign in, click on the LEARN tab in the menu, and the video replays will appear.
Other announcements:
1. This weekend, Dr. William Bushell and I will be speaking at the Wellness After COVID Conference. We'll be presenting our work of the past 10 months on Saturday, May 29th, and teaching our Yoga Enhanced Proning and Yoga of the Head protocol on Sunday, May 30th. There are 30+ doctors and scientists presenting. Prince Charles will give the opening address on Friday morning. You can
register here.
2. Shantala Sriramaiah will be teaching a Learn to Chant the Aditya Hrdayam course in July, which will meet on Sunday mornings at 7am EST and will be recorded for replay. She's a phenomenal teacher. The Aditya Hrdayam is considered to be one of the ways of saluting the Sun with prayer rather than
physical salutations. I learned it in 1995 and still chant it every Sunday.
3. Harshvardhan Jhaveri will be teaching an Intro to Meditation course in June, on Wednesday mornings at 7am for the entire month. The registration for that will be open this coming Wednesday.
4. The Week of Pranayama course will be June 7th-11th. You can sign up for that here. We will cover lots of interesting details about developing a regular pranayama practice, as well as covering mudras, bandhas and other facets of pranayama. This course will be taught by me.
5. Last... we will be closed over the holiday weekend, Saturday May 29th until June 3rd. The June schedule will begin after that. New additions to the weekly schedule include Yoga Sutras moving to Saturday, and an additional Primary class on Saturday. One or two other small adjustments as well (my Saturday day-off is changing to Thursday, and one-hour Hatha Yoga moves to Friday)
but otherwise things remain basically the same.
Stay tuned for the next edition of WITH Magazine on June 1!
All the best,
Eddie
