Hello Folks,
Please find enclosed today’s pranayama practice. We practiced:
1. Two minutes of resonance breathing
2. Two minutes of single nostril resonance breathing
3. Three rounds of kapalabhati of 30 pumpings, followed by one round of surya bhedana (no retention)
4. 2 rounds of Brahmari with shanmukhi mudra. We did five brahmari pranayamas, followed by five resonant breaths using the sound of OM to count the length of the breath.
