We did a little bit of a different practice today, focusing on experimenting with pelvic directions to see where mula and uddiyana bandha occur most easily, as well as some abdominal and back strengthening positions. Following that we did Surya Namaskar A to see if the bandha experiment worked, and the fundamental standing asanas.
