Today, we did two variations of Surya Namaskar A; one for people who are not doing any chaturangas, and one for people avoiding up dog. We followed that with both A and B versions, the uttanasana sequence, and several seated Maha Mudra postures. After that were bhujangasana, dhanurasana, and half dhanurasana with shalabhasana (wonderful back strengthener). The counter poses were arm balances: bakasana and galavasana from figure four. Then we concluded with the padmasana closing
sequence.
