Thank you for attending the Kriyas, Bandhas, Pranayama and One-Hour Asana class on Monday. Please find below the list of the practices that we did.
Thursday’s class will be a repeat of Monday’s, but we will be doing, during the asana class, the Ashtanga Yoga A and B Sun Salutes. Monday we only did A.
As well, we started a little late on Monday, which I apologize for. I like to be on time in order to respect your time! The Kriya class will start at 6:30am EST from now on so we do not run late.

3 round Kapalabhati followed by 1 round each of Ujjayi Pranayama
3 rounds of Nadi Shodana at resonant frequency
One-Hour Asana
Sun Salute with squat and prostration, no up dog
