Hello Folks,
Please find below the schedule changes for June and July. Saturday will now be my day off, and we will begin having classes on Mondays.
New Classes
1. The Self-Guided/Mysore class will function as a time for you to tune in and do self-practice and also bring questions you have about your practice, those related to asanas. The class will kind of function like a clinic. Beginning students are also welcome to join. On occasion, it's interesting to hear the answers that come up for other people's questions that maybe you had
as well...
2. Monday evening will be a class called Yoga Simplified, which is a mix of yoga therapy and the Yoga for Higher Consciousness class. This will be a mix of all levels asanas, pranayama, chanting, and discussion.
3. The Wednesday afternoon One-Hour Modified Ashtanga Yoga class is one where I practice with you, and lead you through truncated sequences of Ashtanga Yoga that I do when I don't have time for my full practice.
4. The Intro to Ashtanga Yoga is on hold right now, but will re-emerge later...
All classes remain on Zoom, and all classes remain by donation only. If you cannot afford to donate at this time, please don't worry about it, but come practice anyway.
