Jocelyne and I would like to extend a huge thank you for joining us for our first week of online classes. We have been throughly enjoying the experience, and it is a pure joy to be connected with people from so many different parts of the planet. 

 

We are truly going through a challenging time, and going through it together. 

 

Please fine below our schedule for this week.

I am attempting to send this email only to people who have attended classes online this week, but I am not sure if I am working this email program properly, so it may go to everyone on the list. I don't wish to fill anyone's inboxes with unnecessary emails, so hopefully this is well received or useful.

7am – 8:30am Led Primary
 

Thursday, April 2nd
6am – 6:30am Ganapati Japa, Instagram
6:30am – 6:45am Pranayama, Instagram
9am – 10am Intro to Ashtanga
6pm – 7pm Yoga Therapy
 

Friday, April 3rd
6am – 6:30am Ganapati Japa, Instagram
6:30am – 6:45am Pranayama, Instagram
7am – 8:30am Led Primary
1:15pm Talk, Nadi Shodhana, & Meditation
with Mysore House Madrid (Instagram @mysorehousemadrid)
 

Sunday, April 5th
8am – 9:30am Led Primary
10am – 11:30am Led Intermediate

 

We plan to add a Yoga Sutra study group, either on Wednesday or Sunday, I am not sure yet exactly. 

 

The Friday Primary class with turn into full Primary and half Intermediate. 
 

Classes will continue to be fully, optionally donation based. If you are unable to afford class right now, we understand, and still encourage you to attend as many classes as you like! We enjoy seeing you there regardless of a donation or not.
