Dear Friends,
Thank you to all who attended the first week in the Yoga Sangraha Room! Your participation has brought a renewed sense of learning to our school, and it feels great. I hope you've enjoyed these past few days of exploration.
Here are three quick updates:
1. The temple will open for you at 7 AM each morning, with Yoga Sangraha and Mysore starting at 7:30 AM. On Monday, we have a Kalari class from 7-8 AM. If you're not attending this super fun class, feel free to begin your asana practice in the back of the room, no problem!
2. My Pranayama class on Tuesday and Sun Salutation class on Wednesday will now start at 6:30 AM instead of 7 AM to accommodate the Yoga Sangraha Room schedule. Starting next week, the first Yoga and Strength class will also begin at 6:30 AM.
3. This Sunday at
10:30 AM, we have a special event with author and chef Mira Manek, who will prepare a variety of delicious chai along with snacks to celebrate the U.S. release of her Book of Chai, featuring 60 recipes. I've tried her chai with curry leaves—it's fabulous! Come for class and stay for chai!

We've launched a Broome Street Yoga blog! Check it out here. There are four short articles available so far—two on the relaxation response and two on Yoga Sangraha.
That's all for now! Remember, if you have any questions at all about what's going on in the temple, please reach out to me.
Best,
Eddie
