Hello Folks, 

Please join me on Sunday, March 24th, at 10:30, for the first monthly Yoga Talk gathering at the temple to discuss yoga, ask questions, and meet your fellow yoga practitioners. 

At the talk, we'll discuss some of the different mechanisms that make yoga an effective practice and some basics of Yoga philosophy. There will be Q&A at the end of the talk, and I'll also share updates about the April schedule (the Mysore program will stay largely intact). 

The talks are free for AYNY members and temple members. Others may register here, or attend on Zoom, here.
