Pranayama Intensive
- June 5th-16th, M-F, 6am-7am
- This will be online and you can also come in-person at the temple
- Replays available
- No T/Th 7am pranayama during these two weeks.
- This will be a very cool, practice oriented course. Extended periods of pranayama are deeply quieting and
can be immensely transformative.
