Hello Friends,
In August we will be open for classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and closed for classes Monday thru Thursday while we finish up some temple construction. When will the construction finish, you wonder? Well, for anyone who knows
me, perhaps never :) But I think this will be our last big push for a some time, and it is guaranteed to look grand and bring the final stage of our temples to (just about) completion.

Important News!
🗞️ With the help of my amazing webmaster, Roberto Maiocchi, we have installed a new schedule, calendar, and booking process. You can now view the schedule in a day, week, or month format, and register directly from the schedule. Check it out here, we think it's way easier to use - please write me if you find mistakes!
For monthly members, all led classes are included in your monthly
membership, but you still need to register for the led classes that you would like to take. Don's classes are included in your membership as well. On your members page you'll see a checkout code that you can use to register.
Anuj's sound meditation is by donation through the temple website. The link for Anuj will
redirect.
You can view the new schedule here: www.eddiestern.com/classes/
For August you can choose either a monthly for all classes, or pay for single classes as well. Paloma will return in September!
That's all for now...
Best,
Eddie
*Yoga Asana Sangraha literally means an assemblage or collection of Yoga postures. It is the ongoing development of the One Hour Asana class into a more structured
and purposeful arrangement. The format covers a range of postures including lying down, standing, seated forward bends, inversions, backbends, twists, and pranayama. Each week we will include a few different types of asanas, some that are rarely practiced these days. Some classes will focus on strength, some on the balance of the nervous system, and some on other special focuses, but the general format will stay the same. It is an easier practice than Ashtanga Yoga, but you'll still have plenty
to work on that requires a different kind of effort. The effect of the sequences are a little different as well, with less focus on individual asanas and more towards the overall intent of the sequence and their outcomes. You are all invited to give it a try, and if you are a die-hard Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, it will most certainly not interfere with your regular practice.
