schedule this week with classes every day, Monday thru Sunday, except on the full and new moon days. You can sign up for classes through this link here or by clicking on any class on the schedule below. Based on feedback, our new schedule page has been streamlined for
easier sign-up options for drop-in classes, in-person, and online.
We have two programs coming up that I am co-teaching, that I think are going to be fun, interesting, and educational!
Conscious Wellbeing with Dr. Deepak Chopra, May 16th. This is the third of nine talks that Dr. Chopra and I are doing together. This month we will be covering the topic of asana, from traditional
to contemporary perspectives.
We have opened up a few more in-person spaces, and you can also attend online. This talks have been really great. It's a rare opportunity to have Dr. Chopra in-person for so many talks, please do join if you can.

Pranayama Intensive with Robert Moses, June 5th-16th. Robert and I will be teaching an intermediate level pranayama course, Monday thru Friday, for two weeks. This course can be taken online or in-person at the temple. There will be
short breath holds in this course, and an introduction to different types of breath practices including six of the ashta kumbhakas. I highly recommend this course for anyone who has been practicing asanas for at least six months to a year who is not regularly practicing pranayama (or even if you are) — this will add an entirely new dimension to your practice. The practices will be about 45 minutes each morning, M-F, with short theoretical explanations, from 6am-7am.
